Some of you know Capt. Jim Sharpe, Jr. from  Sea Boots Charter Boat Fleet & Third Generation Charters and many of you have even fished with him. Jimmy has been a licensed  United States Coast Guard Captain since 1985 and Keys resident since 1976. He has been professionally guiding for many years on the waters from Key Largo to Dry Tortugas to Bahamas.  He has been in many sport fishing magazines and has won many tournaments.  Jim  is also a director on several boards  such as The District Advisory Committee Two or DAC II  for the Tourist Development Council of the Florida Keys, on the Board of Director for the Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce past First Vice President and current Parliamentarian, an alternate for the Sanctuary Advisory Committee for the Florida Keys National  Marine Sanctuary. Also served on the Spiny Lobster Advisory Board for the State of Florida and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission.


Beata has moved to Big Pine Key in 1989 and has been a full-time real estate sales associate since. She has continuously achieved Multi-Million Dollars In Sales. Beata received a Quality Service Award for providing an outstanding and professional service to all customers. Member of the Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce, Marathon and Lower Keys Realtor Association and serving on Grievance Committee for MLK Assoiciation.  Always ranking  in the TOP 10 Agents  in the Lower Keys.
